Traveling is crazy!!!

Jeez y’all. So I just took an 8 hour train ride to get up to Salinas, which is about an hour from Watsonville. The train arrived late so I was waiting to buy a ticket at the Amtrak station for a bus that would take me, then the lady told me I’d have to walk about three blocks to the transit center to catch the bus. Man. I was flustered. THEN. THEN THIS NICE LADY FROM MY TRAIN OFFERED ME A RIDE. Her brother drove me over, carried two of my bags and got me to the bus! THEENNNNNN the bus driver told me it was cash only, “you have two minutes to get $3.50” TTTHHHHEeEEENNNNNNN this nice older man on the bus paid my fare for me. So I’m currently on the bus, on my way to the farm. Wow.

People can be so kind, it blows me away. Humanity never ceases to surprise me.
